Buyer FAQ
Everything you need to know before buying your first card.
Choosing a card
How do I pick the right card?
Buy for a store you already shop at. A discount only saves money if you'd spend there anyway. Compare the price against the face value — the percentage off is shown on every listing.
Are the sellers real people?
Yes. Every seller passes identity verification before any card can be listed.
Is there a maximum card value?
Listings are capped at $500 face value each.
How the buyer fee works
What is the buyer fee?
A flat 7% of the card's price, added at checkout. It's shown before you pay — no hidden charges.
Can you give an example?
A $50 card listed for $45 costs $45 + $3.15 fee = $48.15. You still save $1.85 versus face value.
Are there any other fees?
No. There are no subscription, dormancy, inactivity or service fees.
Getting your codes
When do I get my code?
Immediately. As soon as your payment clears, the code and PIN appear on your receipt page.
Where can I find it later?
We email you a receipt with your codes, and every purchase is saved under My purchases in your account.
What if a code doesn't work?
Contact us within 30 days at support@cardcycle.org or through the contact page. You'll get a replacement or a full refund, including the buyer fee.
