FEES & GIFT CARD TERMS
Every fee, in plain language, before you pay
These terms are shown before purchase and never change after you buy. They apply to every card, code and wallet balance on CardCycle.
Fee schedule
| Fee | Amount | When it applies |

| Buyer fee | 7% of the card price | Added at checkout, shown on the payment screen and on your receipt before you pay. |
| Seller fee | 7% of the sale price | Taken from the sale when a buyer pays. Shown on your listing before you publish it. |
| Instant payout fee | 1.5% of the withdrawal | Only if you choose Instant instead of the free standard deposit. Standard costs nothing. |
| Dormancy fee | None — ever | We never charge for leaving a card or balance unused. |
| Inactivity fee | None — ever | No fee for not using your account or a code you bought. |
| Service fee | None — ever | No monthly or periodic fee for holding a card, code or wallet balance. |
Expiry
- The money on a card you buy here does not expire. Where a retailer prints a date on the plastic or the code, the underlying balance still lasts at least five years from the day it was loaded.
- We only accept cards from retailers that are open for business and whose balances we can confirm, so you are not handed a dead card.
- If a code stops working and the balance is still there, contact us and we will replace it or refund you at no charge.
